• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To request a return, please contact us within the 7-day period with your order details. Once your return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
